Q.
my 7 month old daughter has constipation from 2 weeks . she pass stool after 3 days in very hard form with very pain . I breastfeed her and give her solids and liquid diet.

Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom, constipation is common in this age babies. give different vegetables like spinach sweet potato pumpkin carrot radish in properly boiled and mashed form .. also in every morning give one Anjeer and 3 to 4 Black raisins overnight soaked in water give Ragi rice porridges
