my 7 month old baby having cold & fever 100.6 f, I consulted dr morning that time fever was less, I had given paracetamol 2.5 ml whn fever will subside

s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. it will be good if it right to go ahead for the medication because the fever can take approximately 3 days to subside completely to 7 days depending upon what kind of fever it is means how intense the viral infection is so it will be subsiding with in 3 days completely but for 24 hours you have to give the medication at regular intervals and check if the fever is still the same in the on the second day also then you need to talk to the doctor one
