U Check the temperature with a thermometer if it is ahead of 99° fahrenheit then it is fever but if it is under than that that there is normal sometimes your body temperature or had a temperature of a child can be usually hot then normal but till the time it is not fever you do not have to worry about it no medicine is required to be given during that
