My 7 month baby fall from height of 1.8 feet and hit the head..cried for some time..there was swelling above right ear..after 10 mins, he was playful, then slept..The next day the swelling has completely gone. There was no vomiting or unconscious.. Still we took to doctor..he examined and said there is no external injury. Then, fifth day from the fall, he vomitted once. After that no vomiting till now..It's 10 days now from the day he fell.. Should I worry of any internal injury?
