my 6 years old baby suffering from cold from 5days

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicinefs like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the sfymptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Hi mommy Give turmeric milk twice daily Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
