my 6 year 12 months girl child weight is 39 she cycling everyday morning or evening but weight not loose how can I do

A. Hello mom get her thyroid levels checked, also make sure she is taking healthy home cooked foods avoid refined, processed and also sugary foods as well too, also outdoor games mein involve kare and also dance etc

A. Get a thyroid test done for your child and apart from cycling it’s basically for the legs and feet I would suggest you to enrol your child into swimming that’s a full body exercise other than that also take a diet from a nutritionist which will help in reducing down the weight but will help in maintaining strength stamina in the body
