Hello Since chikd is still growing, you cannot put the child on a very low calorie diet Just try to avoid less nutritious junk foods like Biscuits waffers bakery products chips chocolates farsan sweets sugary drinks packaged foods Engage child in outdoor activities like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling skipping

A. good morning I would recommend you to make sure that you avoid giving any unnecessary carbohydrates to your child you should try to indulge your child with lots of physical activities in the day to day life
