My 6 months old baby is having rashes on neck, chest, hands and on back side. Exclusive breastfeeding. Today evening it has started. Please suggest. And he is taking feeding and passing urine and stool properly.

A. good morning I would recommend you to check if the baby has fever in that case I would recommend you to try to immediately visit your pediatrician for a proper clinical examination once
