my 6 months baby diaper contains small quantity of loose poop 4 times in a day.what is the reason?

Usually lose motion can be seen if the child is teething or sometimes it may be seen when the child is having some kind of an infection in the stomach so you should get examined with your doctor that way you would rather be more sure about the situation so that the child can be treated accordingly
