Q.

My 6-month old had severe constipation. Pediatrician advised to increase water, fruits and vegetables intake. She doesn't eat fruits and vegetables in pureed form. I tried carrot, banana, brocolli, mango and papaya. She has liking for oats and never rejected it. Her poop issues also got cleared after feeding oats. How often can I give her oats? Should I be worried about her weight gain?
