My 6 month old baby is rubbing her ears a bit too much . You think it could be of concern??

Yes if your child is constantly doing it then there could be some dryness irritation or even infection because it is common to be seen with kids sometime to have an ear infection in a small age which is why it would be good for you to get examined with an ENT doctor for better clarity on the situation
