My 6 m old baby coughing frequently and vomiting

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cough and cold could be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve nasal congestion which is of great help and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times.you can also give sinarest drops . cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough and only under the guidance of your pediatrician .self medication is not recommended. if the cough is productive give asthakind-ls. Usually due to the symptoms if the child is not showing interest in having food, give only simple home-made preparations as required, can give certain fruits like apple, papaya etc. ,child will start to eat as symptoms get resolved. Due to seasonal changes or due to repeated exposure to the infective agent if the child is catching cold acnbnd cough repeatedly you need to develop good immunity by giving proper balanced diet and multi -vitamin supplements under medical guidance.

I think the vomiting may be happening due to coughing only since you’re saying but the issue is that happening when a child is not able to eat or swallow anything then they end up a meeting because of congestion in the truth so you should start with the medicine for cough right nowWrite Your Answer Here
