My 6.5month old baby fell down on his back from bed today morning. There was a thud sound when he fell down and he cried for quite a some times. I checked his pupillary reaction which was even, no bleeding from nose or ears were seen. should I be taking him to hospital? we live in a remote place. there is slight swelling in the contact area. Please advise.
