My 5½ months formula-fed vaby girls always fond of eating, is it safe to introduce solid food/ cerelac?

No madam the correct issue introduce food to the child after completing the age of six months so it’s not advisable that you give anything to your child to eat or drink other than the food that you are giving for first six months completing so please stick to that as that is the most important protocol for you to follow
