Q.

My 5-month-old baby's eyes are discharging frequently, the eyes and surround area is swelling what might be the cause, is there anything to be worried about and how this can be treated

A. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water. normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again. use hygienic closth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection . do not use any drops witout medical consultation

A. If your baby's eye is very watery and there is some discharge, it's probably a blocked tear duct. This is also known as 'sticky eye'. This condition usually gets better by itself, but it's still wise to check with your doctor. There are things you can do to help it get better and avoid infection.
