my 5 month old baby got red bleed spots on tongue some doctors are saying it is oral thrush some are saying it is popilles after applying candid mouth paint it goes within 4,5 days and again it come back after 10,12 days she is unable to feed bcz of it plz give some guidance for it

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it appears to be some type of oral ulcer due to nutritional deficiency for which B complex multivitamin needs to be given but proper examination by the doctor will be required so if you are not sure you can always take an opinion of another doctor for physical examination
