is the influenza and hepatitis vaccine mandatory as some doctors are saying it is, and some are saying no.

A. No it is not mandatory and any time if you have any doubts associated with vaccines there is a vaccination tracker on the app itself from that you can tell about all your doubts and vaccinations there is very clearly stated which ones are mandatory and optional all the details are available
