Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat.
Priyanka GhoshMom of a 7 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. my kid is a fussy eater too. this is really frustrating but don't loose hope. make meal time playful and try to eat along with your kid, also you can search for different recipes online like veg cutlets, where you can include veggies at the same time its yummy for the kids who don't eat vegetable otherwise.
