my 4year old boy not speaking he knows everything in rhymes and but not talking with his parents not know what to do

A. please tell me now your kid is speaking well.. at what age he or she start speaking.. i have same issue with my kid...

A. in such a case it needs to be checked once so you should contact your nearby doctor as you needso to get clinical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestion can be given it will be better ,it is difficult to suggest without knowing thorough details.

A. hi dear mom...if you feel there is speech delay....then it's better to consult your paediatrician regarding speech therapy.. a four year should be able to converse well with everyone ...speech Therapy is quite effective. happy parenting
