my 4months old baby having motions past 2 days Econorm is safe for that

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now yes econorm is very safe to treat loose motions I would suggest you to give zinc supplement like z and d drops 0.5 ml once a day for 7 days

A. Hi dear Maintain proper hygiene. Often clean babys toys. See to that they don't put everything onto mouth. Feed your baby well and more frequently. This will help your baby to recover soon. Also check your diet if your breastfeeding. If in bottle feed sterilise bottles well. Or try changing powder brand. If it continues for longer duration you should see doctor.
