my 4month baby girl, when I lift her I hear crackling sound from her sholder, is it common in toddlers?

They do not have proper bones in this age they are still developing in this age so little bit of cracking sound from the bones is considered very normal but still if you have any kind of doubt of you feel the cracking sound is too much then in that case you can consult your doctor once
