Q.
my 4m old is sctraching his back head ( nape of the neck). he has some mild red rashes and he keeps on sctraching it. we applied coconut oil and breast milk but he is still suffering. help please.

look for rashes, boils or heat rash.. keep good hygiene, and keep ur baby in comfortable room temp to avoid swear build,give plebty of bm.

you can use candid Dusting powder on the rashes to treat
maintain hygiene
bath the baby with neem water or use suthol liquid after bath
