My 4 yr old daughter experience tired and weak every six months and at this time she feel tired when talking and always lying down. Dr said to test sugar and the sugar level is a little low. When we did a blood test the count was low. No fever at the same time. Sometimes a slight fever occures after the fatigue has subsided. Wht is the real cause of this disease.
