Q.

My 4 yr old girl gets tired and weak every six months. What is the reason for this. At this time she feel tired when talking and always lying down. Dr said to test sugar. Sugar was a little low. When we did a blood test the count was low. What is the real cause of this disease.

A. Namaste Mom If the blood count was low that indicates iron deficiency as such here you make sure the child is given dry fruits such as soaked raisins which along with its water can be given first thing in the morning also others such as dates apricots etc also beet root pomegranate as well. green leafy vegetables legumes such as chana, rajma, lobia etc eggs chicken liver too

A. A low blood sugar can be seen but you can pick it up with proper and good diet and you should check with the doctor nutrition especially what kind of diet would be good to follow and also you should continue with any good health tonic and supplement for the child
