Q.

My 4 years daughter is least interested in normal roti sabji in her lunch but enjoys the same in dinner. Also throws lots of tantrum during lunch takes almost 1-2 hrs for completion.

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child feel hungry before taking the meal. It is alright if you give some long hours of gap also till your child feels hungry . Involve your child in family meals. Serve your child with healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
