Q.

My 4 year old son is telling all rhymes and numbers but communicating through signals and hand gestures, he is writing and drawing and doing all other things normally on his own

A. don't worry. some babies feel shy while interacting.. it becomes Normal as soon as child grows. so its quite normal.. when child will start going to school.. everything will be fine
