hello doctor, My baby is 2.10 old. -she recites the rhymes -she can recognize and recite alphabets,numbers,colors and basic shapes -she responds to her name(she will.look and come when we call her) the problem we are facing is she is not effectively communicating the functional language. (she wants water...she goes and gets glass and give) communicating only through actions. can you please suggest what can be done??
