It is important to give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey to the child along with turmeric with milk For running nose as well as gold you cfan give syrup maxtra 5 ml twice daily to the child For coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child Give warm water regularly and prevent temperature variationsd around the child. For nasal blockage you can give nasal saline drops hell

Hi mommy Give turmeric milk twice daily Use saline nasal drops Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
