my 4 year old daughter has ear piercing 15 days back with gun shot...but yesterday stud's front stone goes inside the whole and I pushed it came outside half what to do

See this is difficult to understand the entire situation but you should get it checked with the doctor they are going to tell you what’s meant to be done what first aid is also meant to be done and accordingly they can provide you better assistance on that
