my 4 year old baby girl is suddenly stop eating.. she only drink water.. but she is active.. she dont want food.. her weight is 14.4 and height 99 cm

A. hello u should try out with different food option n receipe n also give ur child small portion of food frequently instead of large meal at a time so the chilf will take
