• Check for anemia, worm infection, or vitamin deficiencies.
• Give 3 main meals + 2 healthy snacks daily.
• Offer energy-rich foods:
Dal, rice, roti with ghee
Eggs, paneer, curd
Banana, mango, chikoo
Peanut butter, dry fruits powder in milk
• Avoid junk food, biscuits, and too much milk before meals.
• Do not force-feed; keep mealtime calm and fixed.
• Encourage outdoor play to improve appetite.
• See a doctor urgently if child looks very weak, tired, or not gaining weight.

weight is little bit less
to increase it ,I would suggest to give nuts, dried fruits, fresh fruits, milk and milk based products etc more
