Q.

my 4 year lady son is having cough and cold since more than 1 month..from today he is coughing continuously..what to do?.I has shown doctor for more than 5 times

A. it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body dcannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one mdonth and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

A. hi it could be allergic problem please keep your child well hydrated. give luke warm water to drink add pinch of salt and Turmeric powder while giving it. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day. avoid giving oily ,cold and sugary food items.
