Q.
My 4 year hold is constipated. when pops it hurts him. pl advice what should I do.

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, If your child is facing constipation problem, make your child to drink plenty of water. Add more fiber rich foods into your child's diet. You can give dried fig to your child for constipation problem. Soak 1 or 2 dried figs in a glass of water overnight, and allow your child to drink the water and eat the fig early in the morning. It will really helps.
