Q.

my 4 year 13 kg child having 102 to 103 fever from last 2 days I gave dolo 250 5ml every 4 hours ,, today again her temperature rises to 103.7 I give 5ml syrup but suddenly falls to 96 and she is sweating more and more does it normal

A. dear mom. sweating is a good sign. make sure to check body temp correctly. and give paracetamol in the right dose. offer her lots of liquids to flush out toxins from the body
