my 3yr old daughter fasting sugar is 113..Is it normal?and her neck us very dark from other body parts

A. For sugar you should check with your doctor once and if the neck is dark or anything particular body part apply a slurry of white bread and raw milk regularly leave it there for five or seven minutes gently scrub it that the reducing down the darkness into the skin
