Q.

I am a breastfeeding mother today i checked my sugar level it was 113 during fasting and 172 after the meal.. Is this normal. Whether it will affect my babies

A. hi parent it's ok please walk more keep yourself well hydrated take sunbathing daily use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 use more probiotics and soups
