firstly you are a mother, don't irritate it's a small baby he didnot do anything on his own 
reasons might be
1.Gut issue
2. collic issue
3. gastric pain 
4. not burping after feeding
5. lying down after the feed

try this for good results : out of experience I'm helping you

1. Give small feeds ( 30ml formula/ expressed breast milk) with elivater head don't feed him in sleeping position 
2. after every feed even if it is small burping is mandatory ( hold the baby straight little high on your shoulder hold and rub patt his back ) after burp give again a small feed like wise follow 
3. after large feeding also burping is must and hold him on shoulder only for atleast 20mins don't make him sleep on his back immediately 
4. use an elivated pillows ( available in first cry ) so milk flow will be downwards 
5. if he is crying more it might be due to colic and gastric pain : use collicaid as per doctor prescribed dosage 
6. don't shake the baby or fastly move the baby don't press near stomach ( slowing rock him to sleep)

Hello and good morning try to patt baby gently by rubbing at the back after the feeds.

Very important to make the baby burp so that the excess air comes out.

Sometimes it takes time for the burp but try to make it happen.

Poor digestion is completely normal and spit up because of that is normal so need to worry about a previous child is getting cranky irritate it could be associated with teething so if you want you can actually introduce Babyhug Teether also tablet number 21 into the homoeopathy
