my 3m daughter is passing gas and passing a splash of motion after every feed.. she is biting her lips as well and while feeding she is sleeping.

Teether can be introduced to the child seems like a child is having its teeth now which is why the motion is like this also a child is biting its lower lip so if you check the gums of your child you will see hardness a little swelling which will give you a better indication about it
