My baby is 3 month old and she has not passed stool since 3 days but is passing too much gas after lot of discomfort. She should not sleep well and cried many times due while passing gas. Can you please suggest remedy?

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate huproperly and will guide you accordingly for this .
