#asktheexperts 3 months old baby is passing too much gas and passing stool once in 3 days, please asvise

A. you can use this 3 times a day

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in pproper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
