Q.

My 3 months baby passing gas many times and some times along with gas little amount of stool also passing.

A. for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of agte it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal dropps also occasionally but only under medical guidance.

A. It Is completely normal for a child to pass a little bit of motion when they are parting and all also it’s normal don’t worry about it if it is happening every time when your child is parting a farting then you should consult your doctor ones otherwise it is considered normal
