my 8days old baby suffering with gas and he passing small amount of motion with gas

A. Its natural for the babies not to worry, gas must be discharged alongwith motion. Small babies must be purp out promptly after taking milk, if not gas issues will be there during discharge of motion. Always ensure proper attention while taking the milk.
