A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feedit can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed.9 please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally bu-t only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.
