Q.

my 38 week of pregnancy is running..can we do something for natural labour to start.

A. you can start doing squats regularly and have regular daily walking at least twice a day and try to remain active during day which is really very helpful in normal delivery

A. hi no it is natural thing so please don't try anything extra for this just take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription
