A. Hello, your baby boy is 38 days old and he use to poop yellow liquid stool without foul smelling and fever to baby then it’s okay don’t give him any medicine but frequent breast feeding

A. pooping in yellow with mucus.. this is common.. if persists visit the doctor.. you can give Himalaya bonnison Drops to treat digestion issues.. apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and gently massage in circular motion
