My 3 years old boy doesn’t eat anything and is always fasting but the only intake is milk we visited many doctors but there is no solution. He does not eat anything

please don't force feed your child daily
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet
please give luck warm water for drinking
please avoid maida items and packaged food
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant sanitizer
