SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, instead of three big meal,plan to give five meals in a day. Like breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, dinner. For morning snacks tried to give any fruits milk shakes or fruit juice or fruit with honey and dry fruit. For evening snacks you can give fruit salad, Corn, sweet potato. Also try to give food to eat by himself. By doing this way baby will start eating by him self and will also start enjoying the food. Give lukewarm water to drink. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite.
