my 3 year old kid putting everything into mouth..what might be the difficiency?

A. It usually happens when the child gets into the habit of keeping things into the mouth it’s a very common thing to be seen and it’s sometimes associated with the deficiency calcium deficiency is PICA so you can just ask your doctor if you need to start with any good supplement as of now
