my 3 year old has been diagnosed as mild autistic.she has very limited vocabulary ,have started occupational therapy since 1 week.what should I do at home.her ot told me just to keep her happy.when will she be able to speak n will she be able to lead a normal life?

A. reapeat what's is being taught only therapy will help in autism and nothing else so give proper therapy to the child and regularly interact with the child and meet the therapist who will always assess the child for improvement.
