my 3 months old baby vomited after feeding, kapha came at the end of vomit and I feel still its there while breathing. how to remove it please help

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas Practicing tummy time will help. Roast the Ajwain n rock salt and take a soft muslin cloth and make a potli .. when warm apply gently on chest and back for chest congestion.
